Turangi - 28 - 30 Aug 2012

We arrrived into Turangi late on the afternoon of Tuesday 28th, think we arrived around 1615, it was getting pretty cold when we arrived so we boiled the jug and unloaded the car of all the bags etc. Good thing about these holiday homes is they are used most days of the week/year therefore there is always, stuff left behind ie - milk, bread in the freezer,teabags and coffee so we did not have to race straight out and buy food. After our cuppa we went off to the supermarket to buy the essentials required. With this done it was inside for the rest of the night and it was very cold so the heaters were both whirring away one large reverse cycle in the lounge area and another in the hallway outside our bedroom door. We were pretty tired after 2days travel and were not our of bed long.
